When it comes to improving sleep, there’s a lot of advice out there—limit screen time, stick to a bedtime routine, avoid caffeine late in the day. But we wanted to put our Sleep Support to the test in a real way. So, in honor of Sleep Week, we conducted a simple experiment:
The Sleep Experiment
To measure the impact of Sleep Support, we used Oura Ring sleep scores to track sleep quality with and without the product. Our participants took Sleep Support on night, then skipped it the next night to compare their results.
The Results:
The data was clear: Sleep Support made a real difference. We asked participants questions about their experience and here’s what they had to say!
Participant 1

Participant 2

- Do you usually have trouble falling asleep?
Participant 1: I sometimes struggle with falling asleep, especially when I have a lot on my mind or if I’ve been exposed to blue light too close to bedtime.
Participant 2: I am exhausted because I just had a baby so I don’t usually have any issue falling asleep
- Do you usually sleep through the night?
Participant 1: I tend to sleep through the night.
Participant 2: This is where I struggle — when I find myself waking up, it starts with anxiety or restlessness and then I check my baby monitor.
- How do you usually feel when you wake up in the morning?
Participant 1: It depends on the night, but I often wake up feeling groggy at first and take some time to feel fully alert.
Participant 2: Very tired and groggy
- Have you taken a sleep aid in the past (i.e., melatonin, magnesium, CBD, etc.)?
Participant 1: Yes, I’ve tried magnesium glycinate and CBD. Magnesium helps me relax, but I haven’t noticed a significant difference in sleep quality. CBD helps with winding down, but I don’t always wake up feeling refreshed. I’ve avoided melatonin since I prefer to support my body’s natural sleep cycle.
Participant 2: Yes, I took Unisom while I was pregnant which really helped me to sleep through the night but I felt SO groggy in the morning afterwards and I don’t love taking a drug every single day
Night 1: Without Sleep Support

Participants 2: Nope fell right asleep

Participants 1: A bit groggy and sluggish, and I needed some time to fully wake up.
Participants 2: Groggy and slow
