Ingredients

½ shallot, minced 

2 tbsp stone ground mustard

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

4 tbsp Wild Berry Balsamic Vinegar

⅓ cup olive oil 

3 oz arugula

2.5 oz spinach

2 cups mixed berries of choice 

¼ cup roasted & salted pistachios, crushed

8 oz burrata
