The Fiber Gummy: Fiber is essential for the daily function of your gut: take 3 gummies in the morning to maintain healthy gut function and regularity.
Gentle Bowel Movement Support: Whenever you need an extra boost, take 2 capsules at night with plenty of water to relieve constipation without a harsh laxative effect.

Fiber Gummy (60 ct): Take 3 gummies daily, with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Chew gummies thoroughly before swallowing. Gentle Bowel Movement Support (46 ct): Take at night with at least 8oz of water. Make sure to drink at least 2L of water a day to avoid dehydration from the Magnesium's osmotic activity. If you are not currently supplementing with magnesium, start with 1 dose (2 capsules), which provides 180mg elemental magnesium, and take this 3-5 days in a row and see how your bowels change. If no change is noted, increase to 3 capsules, and wait another 3-5 days If no change is noted, increase to 4 capsules a day. This is the max dosage.
